Our Credentials

Camma was founded in 2009 by Liz Cole to provide high quality, bespoke and good value recruitment and interim management services to lifescience and related industries.

Liz has over 12 years experience providing recruitment and consulting services exclusively to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector. Prior to founding Camma, Liz was senior manager at a leading niche pharmaceutical interim management and recruitment company and was instrumental in developing the consultant and candidate network and forging long-term relationships with clients.

Camma is a corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation in the UK.
